Members of the FFCC Board of Directors kicked off July with a collaborative meeting with the staffs of the Winter Guard Association of Southern California (WGASC), the American Drum Line Association (ADLA), and DCP Partners to discuss circuit technology upgrades, workshop new ideas, and problem solve. The FFCC’s partnership with these west coast circuits over the years has resulted in many significant steps towards improvement in service to the members of their respective teams. Our meetings focus on sharing processes and technology that each circuit adapts for their use. WGASC and its leaders have been active partners in the strategic planning efforts of the FFCC for several years. With nearly 400 colorguards in WGASC and 160 drumlines in ADLA, the partnership of these three circuits represents nearly 800 winterguard, indoor percussion, and winds teams. FFCC members will see some improvements in the web site over the summer months. Look for updates coming soon.
The FFCC sends its condolences and thoughts to the Phantom Regiment, its staff, alumni, and fans following the staff bus accident that occurred early this morning. Many FFCC performers and staff have ties to Phantom, and all of those affected are in our hearts. Please continue to check the Phantom Regiment’s website, www.regiment.org for ways to help the corps and the families of those staff members involved.
Be ready for band camp and the fall audition season! Take the opportunity to learn more and improve your skills during the summer break! Check out our directory of Summer Learning Opportunities for colorguard, percussion and winds performers!
Although we are excited to provide this list, the FFCC does not officially endorse any camps or clinics- be sure to visit their websites and choose the ones that are right for you!
If you are hosting a summer camp or clinic that is not listed here and would like to share your information, please email details (see page) to email@example.com!
Championships schedules are now available at CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULES.
Championships schedules are not flexible due to competitive seeding, length of day and venue restrictions. We are not able to reschedule you to compete outside of your seeded grouping.
Please make sure you plan ahead to make your scheduled warm up and performance times. We look forward to seeing you in Daytona Beach!
