Sunday, May 7, 2017 will be the date of the FFCC Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. This is the meeting where eligible voting delegates come to discuss and vote on proposals for changes and additions to the FFCC Policy and Procedure Manual. It’s also the time when delegates will nominate and elect new members to the Board of Officers to serve for the 2018 and 2019 terms. This year there are six seats available for nomination. People interested in running for a position are encouraged to bring a resume to distribute to delegates. Nominations are accepted from the floor.
This year’s meeting will be held at the Hilton Orlando North – Altamonte Springs, beginning at 1:00 PM. More information and directions are available on the Event Calendar.

Please remember only registered voting delegates will be allowed to participate in any vote. Delegates must be registered forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting via the Team Profile Page.
FFCC Board of Directors are elected to positions for two year terms. Once elected, the Board assembles, elects an Executive Board, and divides up the tasks necessary for running the FFCC. This year six positions are up for election. Michael Higbe, Jackie Price, Erin Brown, Trevor Cox, Kelly Ross, and Vic Kulinski are at the end of their current two year term of service. All are eligible for re-election. Nominations must come from designated Team Member Delegates present at the Annual Meeting on May 7, 2017. Each team is allowed one vote through their designated delegate so be certain that your delegate information is current on your Team Profile Page. All changes in delegates must be complete 48 hours in advance of the Annual Meeting. This the membership’s opportunity to participte in the governance of their organization, come and participate in one of the best indoor art associations in the country! After an amazing season of competition topped off by three incredible days of competition at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center, it’s time to close the 2017 season with the FFCC Annual meeting. The meeting will be held in Orlando on May 7, 2017 in the Orlando area beginning at 1:00 PM. Details of the site will follow once the site is confirmed.
