Registration is now open for the 2020 FFCC Season! We’re excited to welcome our new and returning teams to the FFCC for our largest season yet, and our 35th annual FFCC Championships in Daytona Beach. Please read this update thoroughly for a hassle-free registration experience.
All teams, including returning members, need to register for the 2020 season before proceeding with online payment. There’s a handy how-to guide at the bottom of this post to help you.x
New this year! You can purchase professional development courses at registration! Our partnership with E-Adjudicate allows you to purchase training courses for your staff as part of your registration. If your booster organization or school wants to purchase these for you, just add them to your cart! You can also pay separately at any time.
Super & Mega Pass Add-Ons
Don’t forget you can only purchase Super & Mega Pass additions to your registration with your initial registration.
Super Pass: 5 additional staff/chaperone passes for Premiere, Focus (perc/winds) & Championships events (not regular season events)
Mega Pass: 10 additional staff/chaperone passes for Premiere, Focus (perc/winds) & Championships events (not regular season events)
Here are some important deadlines to note:
August 25th:
The Initial Membership Meeting takes place on Sunday, August 25th at 2:30pm at Cypress Creek High School. At this meeting, you are able to select shows if you have completed and paid for registration, and have a representative present. Teams attending this meeting will also receive valuable information for starting the 2020 season. While attendance at the meeting is not required, it is the only way to guarantee that, providing you are registered and paid, you will get into the shows you want, and be included in the first draw for show seeding. Teams not in attendance may still register and pay, but will be in a later draw depending on the date of registration, and will be added to the waiting list to any shows that have already reached capacity. Your representative at this meeting does not have to be a voting delegate, and you may represent more than one team, but you are responsible for getting information to the teams you are representing.

November 1st:
Registration fees increase.
December 15th:
All rosters and insurance information must be uploaded to your team profile by this date, or you lose your priority seeding, and are withdrawn from any contests. Once this is rectified, you are added back based on availability, meaning you may be placed on a waiting list if shows are at capacity. Rosters & insurance documents protect you as instructors, your schools, and the FFCC. It is vital that these documents are uploaded on time. Changes can be made throughout the season when necessary, but your initial document must be uploaded by December 15th.
Independent Teams: Roster (list of names) and Insurance Verification
Scholastic Teams: Scholastic Eligibility Form (ours or WGI’s) signed by your principal. If you have students from multiple schools, you must complete the Scholastic Eligibility Form AND the FFCC Multiple Schools Form.

Senior Medals:
Order your Senior Medals ASAP
In an effort to streamline the senior medal ordering process, senior medals may be purchased with your registration, or ordered anytime online, with a check or credit card, between now and December 15th. After 12/15, the only time to purchase senior medals will be at Will Call at Championships, while supplies last. Entering your number of seniors at registration is not the same as paying for senior medals. Everyone enters their number as an estimate for us, but you have to pay via the invoice generator/check or credit card for them to actually be ordered and guaranteed for you.
To order, go to your team profile!
