The Daytona Beach Hilton Ocean Walk is the headquarters partner hotel for our event.
This form can be utilized to order hotel rooms in the FFCC room block at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort for the 2025 edition of FFCC Championships. Rooms are available in the FFCC block for the nights of March 26, 27, 28, 29, or 30th. The block is limited. Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis until the entire block has been claimed.
Rooms are being offered at a rate of $199 per night (quad occupancy). This charge is all inclusive of resort fees and other associated taxes. This rate does not include parking, or any other incidental charges you may incur with the hotel. Each reservation will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover those incidental charges.
Your entire invoice for the rooms you order must be paid in full prior to January 31, 2025 to avoid having your rooms return to the block and become available to the next team who orders. This invoice can be paid by credit card or check. Credit Card payments will have a 3.5% convenience charge added to the invoice. Check payments MUST be in our possession (not just in the mail) prior to the January 31st deadline. Checks can be hand delivered to FFCC Board Members at our premiere shows to avoid a reliance on the post office.
This form should be filled out by Band or Guard Directors only!! Band and Guard Directors may use this form to designate a parent liaison to engage in further contact with the FFCC regarding hotel rooms by including their name and contact information on this form. After submitting this form, a template to fill out all of your requested reservations will be sent to you. This form must be filled out and returned in its entirety before your order can be processed. Once returned, an invoice utilizing the payment method you select, will be sent to you for payment prior to the January 31st deadline. We will only process group orders from FFCC ensembles at this time. Individual orders will only be accepted if rooms remain in the block after January 31st. Your group order can include performers, staff, directors, school officials, chaperones, supporters, and parents but should be submitted to us as a single group order.
Confirmation numbers for each reservation will be processed and forwarded to the FFCC by the hotel. We will then forward those confirmation numbers to your contact. Confirmation numbers will be available on, or around, March 1st, 2025.

Thursday, March 27th – Scholastic Regional A
Friday, March 28th – Cadet Novice, Cadet, Scholastic AAA
Saturday, March 29th – AA, A, Open, and World Color Guards and all Winds
Sunday, March 30th – All Percussion Classes
