Ticketing Policy
  • All sales are final. No requests for refunds will be accepted. It is the patron’s responsibility to ensure they are seated at least 15 minutes prior to a scheduled performance.
  • All seats for this event are considered general admission and are available on a first come, first serve basis. No seating may be reserved by patrons.
  • All patrons attending the event must have a ticket to gain access to the event. Children 6 and under will be permitted into the event without a ticket; however, they may be required to sit on a parent/guardian’s lap for the duration of the event. Please be prepared to show proof of age at the gate if asked.
  • Tickets purchased for this event are considered a revocable license to attend the stated event. FFCC reserves the right to revoke admission with or without refund of admission.
  • Disabled seating is available for this event on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are experiencing difficulties locating a seat, please speak with an FFCC Representative and we will be happy to work with you to locate an available seat to safely fit your needs.
Video Policy

Due to US Copyright Law, and at the request of the performing ensembles, videotaping and/or recording of this event is strictly prohibited. You may be subject to dismissal from the arena without refund of admission if found to be in violation of this rule. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Photography Policy

Family, friends and fans may take still photos of FFCC events for personal use only.

Professional photography equipment, tripods, and flash photography are NOT PERMITTED at FFCC Events. Please patronize our photographers.

Smoking Policy

All FFCC Events are TOBACCO FREE. A no smoking policy will be strictly enforced.
