Thank you for your interest in hosting a 2017 FFCC event. Please use this form to submit the online component of your 2017 FFCC Event Host Application.
Deadline for completion of the online component is 11:59 p.m.,Wednesday, August 24, 2016.
Deadline for receipt of physical components (check and principal/administrator letter) is Friday, August 26, 2016.
For your application to be considered complete, all deadlines must be met.
To ensure receipt of your materials before the deadline, we recommend registered mail or some other method which will provide you with proof of delivery.
If you are awarded a 2017 FFCC Event, a representative of your organization, other than your voting delegate, MUST be present at the FFCC Event Host Meeting, which will be held in conjunction with the Initial Membership Meeting on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Failure to have a representative present could result in the forfeiture of your event.

PLEASE NOTE: It is best to have all of your information, performance site and warm-up area dimensions, administrative documents, site images, contact information, detailed maps with labels and event host information packets, assembled prior to starting this form. There are multiple pages and your entries are not stored unless the form is completed and submitted.
