Registration Information

Welcome FFCC Teams!

Regular registration for the 2027 season opens September 1st. You will be able to register your team, generate a quote for your dues, or pay online. Show selection will begin after the Initial Membership Meeting on September 13th via Zoom.

Get Your Team Registered

Attend the Initial Membership Meeting

  • Attend the Initial Membership Meeting on Sunday, September 13th at 6pm via Zoom (you will be emailed a link on Saturday)
  • Show selection begins following the meeting for all teams who have paid and attended. Show selection opens for other teams after they have paid. Only teams who pay before the meeting and have an official representative in attendance at the meeting are included in the first performance time draw.

After Registration

  • Complete & submit your Performing Group Master Agreement (PGMA) and any other required documentation before December 15th. Independent Teams must submit their Proof of Insurance & Certificate of Good Standing.
  • If you are only attending FFCC events your staff must either complete the WGI 3P training or attend the virtual training offered by FFCC. Dates available soon.
  • All teams participating in any WGI event must have their staff complete the new 3P training. More information available soon from WGI.
  • Schedules for shows lock two weeks before each show, but preliminary schedules are available on each event page prior to the lock date.

2027 Season Fees

  • Early Bird Membership: September 1st-13th, and eligible for first draw $675

  • Discounted Membership: September 13th after Meeting- October 31st, $675

  • November 1st-30th: $750

  • December 1st-January 15th: $825

  • Guest Team Registration: January 15th-March 1st, $ per event

  • Optional Add-On: Super Pass (Five Additional Passes for Premieres & Championship Events) $150

  • Optional Add-On: Mega Pass (Ten Additional Passes for Premiere & Championship Events) $280

  • Optional Add-On: Senior/Age-Out Medallions: $10

All current season documents for members are available in your FFCC Competition Suite Account. The documents below are for reference. Please remember that all 2026 documents are submitted through Competition Suite.

Season Requirements to Remember

  • Colorguard must attend premiere plus three events (may include either the Tampa or Orlando WGI Regional) to qualify for Championships
  • Percussion & Winds teams must attend premiere plus one circuit event to qualify for championships
  • ONLY Combined schools need to submit a roster by 12.15
  • Independent Teams must submit Proof of Insurance & Certificate of Good Standing by 12.15
  • Virtual contests are no longer available.
  • Your team number count must be updated by the director in Competition Suite. If your numbers fluctuate during the season, it is your responsibility to change it.

Critique & Education Opportunities

  • An Overview Judge will be available for colorguards at all Premiere Events.
  • Open & World colorguard teams will have critique available at Premiere as time permits.
  • Colorguard Critiques will be offered at some regular season events as time permits.
  • Percussion/Winds will receive critique at all premiere and regular season shows.
  • Critique sign up information will be sent two weeks prior to an event via Competition Suite.
  • Mid Season Overviews will be offered at all February 6th shows
  • Critique is available at championships only for teams attending the WGI World Championships as time permits.

Guest Team Registration Information

Welcome Guest Teams!

Guest registration allows teams the FFCC experience, whether they are just starting out, trying out a competition for the first time, or visiting from another area. Guest appearances in our circuit can be competitive or for commentary only. They are a great way to prepare for FBA events and other performances, or to give your team a chance to see what our competitions are like. You do not have to be local to our circuit to compete in a show as a guest team. We host many teams from out of state when they come to Florida for spring trips- check out our schedule to see if you can join us for a show this winter!

Guest teams must complete a registration process that includes paperwork and payment, and your registration must be completed at least two weeks prior to your selected show(s). Guests are not permitted to participate in Premiere or Championships events.

Guest registration is $250 per event, and opens on January 15, 2027
