Use the form below to order medals to recognize your graduating seniors or “age-out” members. You may pre-pay online using your credit card to avoid the wait at the “Will Call” window. The other methods of payment available are credit card, school check or cash at the “Will Call” window. We have customized the medals this year and included a neck ribbon with the year so that it will be more meaningful to your students in the future. We have ordered a limited quantity based on the average of seniors on each team. If you want to be certain to have these for your students it would be best to order and pay in advance.
